Disclosure: Due to COVID: MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER AND TO RECEIVE SERVICE.

• A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $50 is required to book, the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.
• Masks are REQUIRED to enter and to receive service.
• Please arrive ALONE (no exceptions).
• NO WALKINS ALLOWED.
• If you are sick please reschedule.
• Temperature will be taken prior to entering. 
• Please make sure your HYGIENE is up to par.
• Our accepted forms of payment are Cash/Debit/Credit/CashApp $MANJAECOSMETICSLLC. (When paying with cash please carry the exact amount, we do not carry change). 
• Once a service is purchased NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS this goes for packages as well. 
• Covid Waiver and Personal Screening MUST be completed online prior to appointment, failure to do so will result in cancelation of your service, you will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee, as well as 50% of your original outstanding balance. https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/61685d439f8a0/web/
• Please note when purchasing sessions it is for one desired area. The Abdomen and love handles are considered as one. We can only do one area at a time to see the best results. If you are unsure of which package to purchase that would best suit your desired look. You may request a one on one consultation video call for us to determine the best package for you, for a fee of $10.
• Taxes are included in prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Same day/ Last minute cancellation = Appointment will have to be rescheduled, you will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee, as well as 50% of your original outstanding balance is due before rescheduling appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOW = Deposit forfeited + 100% of remaining balance/outstanding balance will be charged to the card on file & you will not be allowed to book again for one year or a $350 fee to be unblocked and back on good graces.

LATE FEES 

You will have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a $25 fee added to your service. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and charged as a no call no show. Please also communicate with me if you will be running late to your appointment so that I may be able to adjust my schedule accordingly.

RESCHEDULING

To reschedule your appointment please send a text message to my contact number at least 48 hours in Advance. (346)434.4010. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your service payment/deposit and you will be charged as a no call no show. You are allowed to reschedule once and must be rescheduled within the same month or another deposit will be due for that service. When rescheduling, 50% of outstanding/remaining balance Is due to secure your new time and appointment day.

OFF DAY POLICY

SUNDAY 

OFF DAY appointments = $150 additional charge added to service. Understand that this is a fee, meaning it does NOT go towards total outstanding balance! it does not secure your appointment. Shipping Policy  

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipment method FedEx Standard USPS  Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days   

Shipment cost

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  Shipment to P.O. boxes or  addresses MANJAE COSMETICS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories,

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  

Damages 

MANJAE COSMETICS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  

Returns Policy NO REFUNDS  NO RETURNS
